2015: ACC Academic Honor Roll member ... hit .219 with eight runs, six doubles, one homer, 14 RBIs, a .277 on-base percentage, two walks, five hit-by-pitches and one steal in 32 games (19 starts, including 11 at third base and eight at first base) ... hit .300 with runners on base and .320 with runners in scoring position ... hit .270 with four doubles, one homer and eight RBIs in 15 games (10 starts) in ACC regular-season games ... was 5-for-18 (.278) with three doubles and five RBIs in 13 games off the bench ... hit .345 with five doubles, one homer, nine RBIs and eight runs in 13 games (six starts) on opponents’ home fields ... hit a three-run double off the bench at NC State on March 8; it was his first career hit ... went 2-for-4 with a homer, the first of his career, and three RBIs at Virginia Tech on March 21 ... went 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI off the bench at Western Carolina on March 24 ... went 1-for-1 with a double and run off the bench at Boston College on April 10 ... went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs at Boston College on April 11 ... went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs against Western Carolina on April 14 ... went 2-for-3 with a hit-by-pitch in the first game of a doubleheader against Duke on April 18 ... went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs off the bench at Furman on May 12 ... played for High Point-Thomasville in the Coastal Plain League in the summer, where he hit .194 with 10 runs, three doubles, two homers, 16 RBIs and one steal in 30 games.

Before Clemson: Top-500 player in the nation by Perfect Game ... No. 9 player and No. 1 third-baseman in South Carolina by Diamond Prospects ... all-state selection as a sophomore and senior ... region player-of-the-year as a sophomore and senior ... all-region selection as a sophomore and senior ... lettered three times in baseball and three times in football at Greenville High School, where he was coached by Steve Scolamiero.

Personal: His grandfather, Louis P. Batson Jr., is a Clemson University trustee emeritus ... his uncle, Bill Spiers, was an All-America shortstop at Clemson (1985-87) and went on to play 13 seasons (1989-01) in the major leagues with the Milwaukee Brewers, New York Mets and Houston Astros ... majoring in parks, recreation & tourism management ... born Glenn Elliott Batson Jr. on Oct. 17, 1994 in Greenville, S.C.
