This morning I saw a neighbor talking to her dog. It was obvious she thought her dog understood her. I came into my house & told my cat. We laughed a lot.

You people who think your cats and dogs understand you have obviously never owned one of those mynah birds. I once had one who not only understood me ,but could actually talk.

PS - I should add we have been married 39.5 years to bring that into context.

I haven’t had time to evaluate exactly how crazy I may or may not be. I’ve been laser focused on insuring that I’m sufficiently scared of absolutely everything at all times. I’ll be back in a minute.....my couch is looking super suspicious all of sudden.
