Brian Kelly hasn't really been watching our film....

I heard his press conference earlier today and he said "they are exceptional in all 3 phases of the game." No way anyone who is paying attention thinks that we have been "exceptional" on special teams this year. We've had some bright spots with Spiers and a few returns but I don't ever remember a mess like I've seen this year. I chalk up his comments as "coach-speak" and just hope we get our butts in line now that we're entering the championship phase of the schedule. GO TIGERS!!!

Wasn’t so long ago we lost games due to long snap issues and many other special teams snafus. This year has not been exceptionally bad on special teams.

It's typical coach speak! You don't want to give your opponent an idea of where you think they might be weak! He knows of our struggles getting FG's blocked rest assure.

After the game - look for him to (maybe not though) say, "yeah we thought we could exploit X or Y area"! He might not because they could be seeing Clemson again in the ACCCG!
