Calling it now. This is how the CFP will look...

1. Alabama 2. Clemson 3. Michigan 4. Notre Dame
How it gets there... Bama, Clemson, & Michigan will win out. LSU will lose to Bama (giving LSU 2 losses). Kentucky will lose to Georgia (giving UK 2 losses). Georgia will lose to Bama in the SECCG (giving UGA 2 losses). Ohio State will lose to Michigan (giving OSU 2 losses). West Virginia will lose to Oklahoma (giving WV 2 losses). Oklahoma will lose to Texas in the Big12 CG (giving OK 2 losses). Notre Dame will lose to Syracuse (giving ND 1 loss).

I think you're very close to being spot on.
Although I think Ohio State beats Michigan, and I don't see Oklahoma losing to Texas again.
ND losing to Syracuse.. maybe. I see it playing out as follows:
Bama (winning out) Clemson (winning out) Notre Dame (winning out) Ohio state or Oklahoma
Although I'm kinda wishful thinking here. Part of me thinks ND will drop one, but I really want to see a first round matchup against them.
And I think you'll see Ohio St. win the B1G in melodramatic fashion, but I see Oklahoma steamrolling texas, making a statement and getting in.

I'm thinking all kind of craziness happens between now and the end of the year and it ends up being:
1-Alabama 2-Clemson 3-Oklahoma 4-UCF
Everybody else is going to have 2 or more losses and the committee decides to let the team that will at that time have won 25 straight have a shot at the big game. Of course, UCF will then fall to Alabama in the semi-final 54-10.

UCF will drop one (or both) to Cincy or South Florida. Besides, it doesn't matter. An undefeated UCF team doesn't get in the CFP in this (or any other) universe.

I agree. The only way a UCF type team should get a shot is if they decide to expand the playoff to 6 or 8 slots. They dont deserve to take 1 of the 4 current slots when they have not proven they can play with a power 5 school week after week and there are numerous other teams that have.

Michigan could lose to Penn State this weekend.

Michigan's offense doesn't scare anyone. Penn State has a good offense to score enough to take down Michigan.

Good calls, although Syracuse sucks against everyone but us, so I am betting they lose that game. Won't affect the playoff though. ND maybe moves up to 3.

I see Michigan crapping the bed against OSU. Harbaugh can't beat Meyer.

I also have a crystal ball showing a spear going through a golden Dome. There will be chaos. Remember,it don't always turn out like you think it will.

Then you would have to put a 2-loss team in instead. Don't see that happening.

Seems like being 1 or 2 does not really matter when considering who each will play...
