Cut down russets into little cylinder shapes, about 2" tall, flat on both sides, no skin. Season liberally. I cut little crosshatch marks into the top and bottom because I think it helps crisp them, but totally unnecessary. Fry hard on one side in some neutral oil until you get a good deep brown crust, then once they free up from the pan flip them over. Add a few pats of butter to the pan. Add your aromatics; I like garlic & thyme. Tip the pan and baste with a spoon for a few minutes until the butter foams. Once the foam dissipates, add stock to about 1/3 of the way up the potatoes. Toss the pan into the oven and roast until they are completely tender, about 45 minutes or so. Add stock if the pan gets dry.
The potatoes will be crispy on top, and will soak up the butter/stock like a sponge and are tender, savory, and muy delicioso.

They are a private company, after all. The are allowed to care about the appearance of their products, and since YOU are their product, they have every right to censor you.

Just pointing out the reason for the censorship.
I tend to favor open, free and fair exchange of ideas. I am anti-trust and anti-silo. I am also a believer in property rights which in the case of Twitter poses a direct challenge to these principles.
I am definitely not a fan of the dominant information silos like Twitter, Google, Microsoft, and Apple. They have consolidated way too much innovation and power.

IBM paid $34 Billion for RedHat... Deal closed last year.

RedHat was the primary disseminator of Linux, especially in it's enterprise level integration...
I guess they scammed IBM.

on what they are doing. They’re not censoring propaganda...they ARE the propaganda. And again...that’s their right...major shareholders willing...but everyone should understand what Twitter is...a partisan organization with a political agenda.

but I get what you are saying. They make the rules and decide how to enforce.
The problem is the information silos of Twitter and Facebook have become primary sources of information for billions of people and we have allowed them to drill a tap into the central nervous system of the entire world. A lot of bad actors are exploiting these platforms to run their neuro-linguistic programs and before long, we will all turn into zombies, lol.
They have too much power and no accountability.

Maybe some day an enterprising individual will fill the need for a conservative social media site that doesn't turn into a hateful echo chamber.
