I have no clue but given they're comparing it the gift of land for the university so it must be big.

Well, the chicks dig it, and you know what they say about “happy wife, happy life”; so I’ve resigned myself to the Tiger Rag being played in Death Valley forever marred by annoying woohooism. . . and it’s not just the ladies in my family (Lord knows I have lectured, pleaded and expressed my displeasure to no avail) so don’t try to blame it ALL on me!

Ted Turner is donating a few hundred thousand acres of his western lands in exchange for changing the name of the university to “Unity University”. The UU. Now when the crowd woo hoos the school can say they are just yoo yooing instead. They will work out a new word to be spelled instead of C-L-E-M-S-O-N.
