What would a HC contract at Tennessee look like right now?

I would think a minimum 10 years 50-60 million with at least 30% buyout through the first 5 years. I mean it’s gonna be a minimum 4 years before there’s a visible turnaround and year five would be a true sign of progress if there was some success. That’s some job security right there.

How about a Draw vs commission pay scale. He gets a weekly draw of say 120,000 per game, and if he wins the game, his commission is say 120% (based on a 12 game season) for that game.If he loses no increase.
