Great time to be a Georgia Bulldog!

It's that time of year when UGA wins the Recruiting National Championship. And it's that time where they are cocky and confident enough to go onto a rivals message board and talk about how good they used to be.
UGA fans have it great 66.7% of the time. January through August every year they get to bark about how good they used to be and how good they're surely about to be. The other 1/3 of the year, they're sulking because, once again, they're 3rd or 4th in the SEC Least.
So, UGA fans... y'all enjoy your season of being championship caliber recruiters of future prison inmates, and keep on reminiscing about your glory years. Because come football season, you're going to immediately be LOSERS once again.
Good luck in the 2021 bowl game where you'll struggle to beat another Group of 5 team.

When were they good? Only a handfull of us can remember when Hershel Walker was there and they won a NC, but other than that, were they really good?

All I remember about Herschel was that he never found the end zone against Clemson!

Herschel is the only ex Bulldog that I have a great amount of respect for but I'm glad he didn't find our end-zone. Neither did George Rodgers.

His family got a new home too, and he had a room at Athens' Holiday Inn while he was playing.
Chuck Reedy was Clemson's recruiter for Hershel. Several years ago, he said he knew he wasn't getting Hershel to Clemson when he saw that Trans Am and the new home being built.

If that state wasn't littered with future NFL talent the Dawgs would be about as bad as the coots but when a squirrel lives in a nut bin they can't avoid finding a nut.

UGA struggled to beat a Group of 5 team while Clemson got absolutely trucked by a team outside the Top 10.

What exactly did uga get sloppy at in recruiting? IDo they use Taco Bell bags instead of McDonald’s, just curious I missed the Dan Patrick comments.
