Don't know why you guys keep putting that message up. It does not suggest anything illegal, so you are revealing yourselves in thinking that. But, I'll clarify...

Using the legal system, update the definition in the USC (United States Code) to include overthrow of the government, to include fundamental change in its structure and function, as treason. A fundamental change includes socialism, but the trick will be defining it.

At that point, the case can be more easily made, through the courts, of who is guilty of treason. Simple and effective.

BOSTON – A professor and researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) was charged and arrested today in connection with failing to disclose contracts, appointments and awards from various entities in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) to the U.S. Department of Energy.


In my work with gov't relations people, I also looked up this guy's (Gang Chen) research groups to find many Chinese nationals and barely any US citizens. This dude was head of the ME dept at MIT for God's sake! We cannot keep spending US taxpayer dollars educating our enemies in our best universities doing the most state-of-the art research. Is this too radical of an idea! BTW: the charges he is facing are obviously not representative of the activity for which he was being surveilled.
