When Will We Know If/What 2020 Season Will Look Like?

Does the NCAA make the call or the confs? Really not seeing a reliable source

make the call first what they will or won't allow regarding a football season this fall. The NCAA or conferences will not decide/tell the individual schools what they will be doing.

I would think sometime by mid to late July it should be pretty clear. Once they get a final plan in place, it will take some time to implement.. particularly when you have 80000 fans and only 20,000-30,000 tickets.
We will all have to be patient. I am sure a lot of people's home game attendance streaks will end. But better than no football at all. Imagine all the years we waited to return to the top of college football and to be robbed of one of those seasons.
