I am NOT claiming voter fraud...but it does baffle me

When there are technical issues, “water main breaks”, overwhelmed counters, etc.
Everyone knew that “voter fraud” had been tee’d up for months on both sides. Everyone knew since 2016 that the legitimacy of our election process had a couple of concerns.
It’s counting.
There are only so many ways that a vote can come in. Absentee, mail-in, early and in-person. There are very specific guidelines. Signatures. Witnesses. Deadlines. Post mark dates. Processes are...or should be...clear.
Everyone knows, more or less, how many votes will have to be counted and how much manpower will be needed.
These delays are maddening. They let little doubts creep in...and there’s just no excuse. It is simply not that complicated of a process.
I just don’t understand how we can have these issues in the 21st century.

Enable all states to start counting early/absentee votes as soon as they come in.
It should be noted that republican legislators have opposed early counting of ballots.

I don't disagree, but the concern is that early results could be leaked and have some impact on election day voting.

they might not have had enough people or a space where more people could sit and count votes. Or enough counting machines considering the very high number of mail in ballots, etc.
There are a lot of valid reasons and it's not a coincidence that the states that aren't called yet did not start counting absentee until after they counted election day results.

1. More voters voted in this election since 1900.
2. Unprecedented early voting mail in ballots that must be counted with many states not allowing counts of those until yesterday evening.
It's not a conspiracy. It's counting.
