Well dinner turned out decent.

Wings good. Pulled pork good. Despite the warning from my hero cu85tiger® I still dried out the chuck roast just a touch. I’d say half of the chuck roast is perfect. But the edge closest to the hot spot was a tad dry. Didn’t wrap it soon enough I reckon. I will still do again. Even the dry was delicious. And cheap by comparison to brisket. Interestingly enough, standing rib roasts will stay on sale until the new year. I’m thinking this might be my newest Everest. Done prime rib in the oven and it’s been perfect. Gonna have to try it on the smoke.
