I think it goes in order whatever ND wants then whatever Swoff wants and then Clemson SOL

The tiebreaker goes to record against the other teams.

Say if it's us, ND, and UNC tied that would mean:

Clemson is 0-1 w/ a loss to ND
ND is 1-1 with a win vs Clemson and a loss to UNC
UNC is 1-0 w/ a win vs ND

Clemson is left out and the other 2 get a rematch for the title game.
