Recruiting Question

Who is our target to take over when DJ moves to the next level? I know we are after a couple (can't remember their names), but is there that one superstar QB target like we have been blessed with the last few years?

If he keeps progressing he will be a good one. Watched some of his game last Thursday and was impressed with his control of the game to go along with his talent and size.

I could see a Hunter Johnson and Trevor Lawrence scenario with Ty Simpson and Arch Manning. With Bubba Chandler playing the role of Kelly Bryant.

I read somewhere that Manning had a little bit of attitude because of his family lineage. Anybody heard anything about that ? If so, Clemson is not the place for him.

I have heard that too but this is what his coach says.

“He likes to get coached and he doesn’t always think he’s right. There is an authenticity to him and a humbleness to him and he doesn’t have all the answers. He has a team-based approach, great work ethic and he’s incredibly humble. He’s all about his teammates, all about getting better, everything is earned, nothing is given, I think that’s the biggest thing.”
