Crimes against children are especially horrid. How can someone who does it possibly be reformed.

It's a crazy world. Yesterday a Charleston WV police officer was shot in the face. It was a routine parking complaint against a neighbor. They harvested the 28 year old officer's organs last night. The perp was out on bond for pulling a gun on someone asking him to turn down his radio.

who now lives with the fact that they hit a child and killed them through no fault of their own. Can you imagine living with that?
