Clemson was represented in the preseason top 25 poll and All-American lists for the Perfect Game this week.

The Tigers were one of five ACC teams in the top 25, checking in at No. 24. LSU led the poll and North Carolina (6) and Louisville (8) also cracked the top-10.

Junior shortstop Logan Davidson made third-team preseason All-America, coming back as Clemson's returning leader from last season in RBIs (46), runs (60), hits (73), doubles (18), home runs (15) and stolen bases (10).

Davidson is one of four regular returners in the lineup back, joining second baseman Jordan Greene, designated hitter/utility player Grayson Byrd and catcher Kyle Wilkie. The Tigers are having to replace All-American outfielder Seth Beer in the lineup.

In the rotation, four with starting experience are back in right-handers Brooks Crawford and Spencer Strider and left-handers Jacob Hennessy and Sam Weatherly.

Clemson went 47-16 last season and hosted a home NCAA regional. Monte Lee begins his fourth season with the program on Feb. 15 at home versus South Alabama (4 p.m.).

Clemson hosts a fan fest on Feb. 9 starting at 1:30 p.m. at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.
