In-state RHP commits to Clemson

2021 RHP Billy Barlow announced a commitment to Clemson on Thursday. The 6-foot-1 hurler pitches for North Myrtle Beach (S.C.) and also the South Charlotte Panthers in the summer.

Perfect Game measured Barlow's fastball as in the 98.64 percentile for his grad class over the summer (88 MPH).
