A brilliant performance Saturday has vaulted Travis Etienne up the national rankings.

Etienne is now your nation’s leader in yards per carry (8.96) after gaining 212 yards on nine attempts with two scores versus Wofford. He is now fourth in rushing yards (1,102) and top-10 also in rushing yards per game (122.4) and all-purpose yards per game (142.89).

The Clemson rushing offense as a whole jumped five spots to No. 6 overall (238.8 yards). In the passing game, Trevor Lawrence moved up 10 spots to No. 11 nationally in passing efficiency (164.1) and the Tiger passing game as a whole moved to No. 25 (153.48).

Clemson holds top-5 rankings now in first downs offense 1 (238 gained), passing defense 2 (134 YPG), first downs defense 2 (111 allowed), pass efficiency defense 3 (92.32 rating), total offense 3 (545.4), total defense 4 (247.2), sacks allowed 4 (.67) and third down defense 5 (28.1).
