Carlos Wray is a 6-3 250 pound defensive end from Shelby, North Carolina.
As a junior, he had 78 tackles, 14.5 sacks, and forced 3 fumbles. Duke is his only offer so far in the recruiting process. Wray attended the 31-7 Clemson win over Maryland last year.
