Clemson offered Ohio State 2018 commit and 4-star running back Master Teague III on Friday.
TigerNet reached out to Teague on Friday afternoon and he was happy about the offer from the Tigers. "Clemson is a great program and to get an offer from them is a blessing and a great thing," Teague said. "It makes me continue to thank God for what he has given me. As for my decision, it has not changed." His top group of schools previously before he committed to the Buckeyes were Auburn, Duke, Georgia, Louisville, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Alabama, Clemson, LSU, and Ohio State. Teague visited Clemson's campus on March 4 and reportedly had a good experience including getting to spend some quality time with co-offensive coordinator Tony Elliott. In 2016, Teague rushed for 2,034 yards and 24 touchdowns despite missing two games because of a concussion.
