has signed his financial aid agreement on Sunday and will fax it in on Monday.

Financial aid agreements are non-binding, but the school that receives such an agreement is allowed unlimited contact with the prospect. Also, the schools are allowed to talk about and promote these prospects as if they were already on campus.

Pollard had national offers from Clemson, Duke, East Carolina, Miami, North Carolina, N.C. State, Penn State, Rutgers, South Carolina, Virginia, Wake Forest, and others. He also had heavy interest from California, Georgia Tech, Florida State and Stanford before he shut down his recruiting.

The 6-5, 295-pound offensive guard participated in the 2014 Dabo Swinney football camp, took at least four visits to Clemson, and his main recruiter of record was Robbie Caldwell.

Pollard helped Pinecrest to an 11-3 overall record in 2014 while earning 1st-team All-State and 1st-team All-Region honors.

He plans to enroll early in January at Clemson.
