, who has verbally committed to Clemson and will likely be the school's first ever NCAA Division I football product. Fans outside of Fox Creek might have first noticed the 6-foot-2, 205-pound athlete when he delivered a crushing blow at the jamboree that knocked the helmet off one of Saluda's players. Williams wasn't trying to tackle the opponent. He was on offense, trying to get outside the tackles on a quarterback keeper. He chose to run through the defender. "He's hard to bring down," Schneider said. "And he's not in shape yet. To see how much better he's going to be when he gets in shape is going to be exciting." Fox Creek might have its most talent-packed roster ever, but the small Class A school still doesn't have much depth, meaning Williams will have to play on both sides of the ball. Williams will most likely play defense at Clemson. He's also the Predators' starting free safety.
