From Elite Scouting:
Final Thoughts: When it comes to Leggett as a football player he is far from a finished product. With his size and athletic ability there is no question that Leggett can improve as a football player. Once in a college weight and conditioning program and getting college coaching there is no telling how good Leggett can become. He is going to be a match up nightmare for defenses at the next level. He is bigger than pretty much every linebacker or defensive back that you can line up on him. He is also faster than most linebackers. So the advantages will most likely always be on Leggett side. We expect him to continue getting better this spring. This fall Leggett should be one of the best players in the Panhandle.
