West Florence’s Alex Spence proved that Friday night when he kicked a 30-yard field goal to send the game into overtime and then booted a 19-yarder in double overtime to lift the Knights past Darlington 30-27.

“It is what I practice for every single day and get ready for,” said Spence, a Clemson commitment, “and we came through when it counted.”
