committed to UNC over Clemson, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, LSU and Auburn. "Well it has been a long process but I will be playing football for the University of North Carolina," Meredith posted on his Facebook account. The junior out of Anderson’s T.L. Hanna High School is a lifelong Clemson fan, and received an offer from the Tigers after a Virginia Tech basketball game in March. "He has about 30 offers overall and has been invited to the Under Armour All-Star Game," Hanna head coach Kenya Fouch told the The Fayetteville Observer Wednesday afternoon. "I knew he was looking for a good combination of athletics and academics, and he obviously feels like he found those in North Carolina." "He's a big kid, who can run," Fouch said.
