WATCH: Former Clemson WR's diving TD grab

by -

Former Clemson receiver Charone Peake made his mark in an NFL preseason game for the New York Jets Thursday.

Early in the fourth quarter, Peake went full-extension in a dive backward on a toss from Jets QB Teddy Bridgewater:

Battling for a roster spot this camp, Peake totaled two catches for 29 yards on the night, playing after dealing with an ankle injury.

The Dorman (S.C.) product was selected in the seventh round by the Jets in 2016, but through some injury issues, Peake has been limited to 20 catches for 189 yards in 18 career games.
