One of the nation's most disruptive front-line defenders, four-star Peter Woods has proven too much for opposing offenses. The Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson stalwart posted 83 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, eight sacks and two fumble recoveries this fall to cap a career that saw him register more than 250 tackles, 70 TFL and 29.5 sacks in 45 games. Woods can line up at myriad spots in varying personnel looks, using his explosive first step from a three-point stance or advanced snap anticipation from a two-point alignment. You can find bigger and longer defensive linemen, but you'll be hard-pressed to find more consistent penetrators and impact players at the first level than the 6-foot-3, 270-pounder who is ranked No. 59 overall in the Top247.
