24/7sports 2024 football recruiting rankings.

Can some one explain how we are ranked 13th but only the top 3 have a higher average player ranking. They have Stanford ranked ahead of us and they have only signs 4 4 stars. We have 2 5 stars and 7 4 stars. https://247sports.com/Season/2024-Football/CompositeTeamRankings/

Because they account for the top so many players per team

Stanford has 22 commits; Clemson 11. Once we get more commits, our score will catch up, and then exceed theirs.

94.37 average. They will probably finish #1 when all is said and done.

They also take between 26 and 30 each every year.

Taking like 27/28 vs taking 23/24 doesn't really make a meaningful difference in the end score.

This or that, ### for tat, I'm very happy to see out Tiger recruiting back with us again bringing in some of the top named talent in the country. It has been pretty slack the past couple to few seasons with our coaches competing for some of the top named recruits, and for me personally it seems that for 2023, 2024 our coaches have really been crashing the boards for Clemson getting that top name talent to looking a little harder at FB program and committing to it. Nothing is better than giving a little time into getting what you want or need. Go Tigers, and it wouldn't hurt my feeling to see/hear about a few more top named FB recruits choosing Clemson over the few other top named FB programs....

we fell to #13 after the Big Ten visits. A lot of no name schools vaulted up due to the number of commits.

Notice that we have only offered two 3 star athletes. If you look at the average versus the composite, the quality of our commits are higher than several of those ranked higher than Clemson. We want 4 stars or higher.
