Well, for one, we did not have 500+ yards against Wake Forest.
We had 338 yards against Wake Forest.

We have considerably more talent than Wake Forest and should've won by 20+.
We also have considerably more talent than Duke, and shouldn't have lost - especially not by 21.
Based on recruiting, we are easily one of the 10 most talented teams in college football. Unfortunately, we don't play like it. That's coaching.

We are worse at recruiting because we don't have the same advantages in recruiting that we had several years ago.

If you could read, you would see Clemson had 338 total yards against Wake. And Clemson's defense limited Wake to 239 total yards. It was a defensive game. Deal with it.

Yards per play and the lack of scoring is related to lack of offensive talent that can't finish. In all those games, the opponent had fewer plays and fewer yards but the yards per play was pretty much equal.
Even in the FSU game, Clemson had 22 more plays (79 - 57) but less yards per play.

Apart from Cade's rushing yardage while scrambling this was our most horrible offensive line performance rushing wise of the season! We need to get our act together there immediately!!!! What is going on here - we are halfway through our season and we still do not have a legitimate rushing attack with 4-5 great running backs in our quill!!!!

Not sure i have ever seen a team average more yards per rush than per pass.
If that doesn’t say there is disfunction in the passing game then I don’t know what does.
