TCU needs to lose
OSU needs to beat Michigan
UGA needs to beat LSU
USC needs to lose to ND or the Pac12 championship
Then Clemson is in the playoffs.

Clemson wins out
TCU or USC loses a game
Ohio St. beats Michigan
Georgia beats LSU

With Michigan's schedule other than OSU and Penn State they haven't played anyone. Even the committee thought of that during the first poll. Up until our ND loss we were ahead of them because of our strength of schedule is better than theirs. So them losing Saturday to OSU and as long as we win out we'll be ahead of them. The conference Chapionship Game should boost us ahead of a few regardless of how much we win by. Of course we still need either the real USC or TCU to lose to help out. We're not going to jump an undefeated TCU. The Big and SEC winners will probably be undefeated so that elimantes LSU. Bama 2 losses and no conference championship should drop them out. The number only matters the final week after conference championships. Those winners will get a boost from the committee.

Unless there's chaos everywhere. Michigan is out with a loss. Ohio St. losing a close game to Michigan is bad for us. We'd lose the eyeball test and share a common opponent in Notre Dame. I'm not sure if being a conference champ would be good enough.
