A little fact that maybe most have forgotten about QB1 ...

I've made a great deal about Cade only being in his 2nd start last week, and only 3rd game with significant minutes. How big an issue is this?

Well history tells us things we don't like to admit if you just give it as chance.

Today is Klubnick's 1st start in Death Valley. In Trevor Lawrence's 1st Home start, it was the goodbye to Kelly Bryant game against Syracuse. As it happens, Lawrence was in his 5th game total, not 4th like today for Klubnick.

After Syracuse took the KO down for a FG, we started from our own 16. One pass completion brought a 1st down. But on our 2nd play, TL16 fumbled the ball in the backfield as he and Etienne came together on an option. Dropped the ball right there on the ground like Klubnick and Shipley did last week.

That's what inexperience does to players.

I'm not saying it's right, or even to be expected, but I am saying that inexperience has to be lived through one way or the other.

It is not Ck that I’m currently concerned with.

It’s the fact we’ve been a turnover machine for almost three years

Cade has played in probably 7 or 8 games.

Cade has played in 5 games with 5 or more than passes.

He's played in 4 games with 5 or more rushes.

Experience doofus, it doesn't come from standing there and handing the ball off.
