I know some have shared links to this guy before, but I believe this video is quite interesting on negotiation situation between FSU/Clemson and ACC. I know many have wondered how credible he is, but he’s been pretty accurate thus far. He is now projected us announcing exit before June 30th.

I started my countdown on tnet to June 30th a week or so ago. He and I will either be correct or look like fools. I have been following this saga for well over 10 months. I have read and viewed every video posted on You Tube re. This move by FSU. THE ACC is toast and ESPN wants nothing to do with discovery and Swofford. That's all one needs to know to know that this was always going to be settled. It's akin to a nasty divorce case. Attorneys are skilled at dragging one side through the mud in order to get a favorable ruling or settlement for their client. The more mud to sling, the better.
And ESPN/DISNEY want no part of it. Disney is headquarterd in Florida and has settled with Gov. DeSantis and the State over that move by DeSantis and the Fl. legislature in which Disney had all the special privileges removed which entitled them to operate as a special district. They don't want or need another confrontation with the State of Fl.

So ready for Clemson to get out of ACC. Can’t imagine how our recruiting can improve when rival coaches can no longer use playing in ACC against us. Am proud of Clemson administration on having guts to fight this. Unc is still fighting amongst themselves with their AD touting praises of ACC.

I wouldn't call Swofford a fool - dude was paid more per year than his SEC counterpart up until 2015. The fools are the ones who put up with his crooked ###.
