Team now. You work your ### off to recruit diamonds in the rough, patiently coach them up for 2-4 years only to see them bail to FSU/Tenn/OleMiss/etc…. As soon as they start to show the dividends of all that time and energy lured into them.

Don’t blame him one bit. Don’t be surprised if more coaches like him bolt… the ones with options anyway.
