That was ALWAYS going to be the ruling from a UNC grad. That's why the ACC rushed to the court house to file the lawsuit w/o taking a vote as required by the ACC constitution.

The Florida judge is going to rule that the case remain in the Florida court. It will be settled or it will go to the Federal court. Whole new ball game there and the ACC and ESPN won't want to go there.

And the judge in Pickens County court is going to rule that the case remains in Pickens County court. Three states involved. Can you say Federal court?

Judge also dismissed, with prejudice, that FSU owes any fiduciary duty to the ACC. Since it's the same judge handling the ACC's suit against us, he'll dismiss it in ours once we file the motion.

Today's results are a setback for the lawsuits against the ACC.

"Although it's highly unusual for a court to dismiss a lawsuit at this initial stage, we are disappointed in the Court's decision not to dismiss the North Carolina lawsuit," Florida State said in a statement."

Does it mean it's over or the ACC won. No of course not, but the likelihood of this ending sooner rather than later just went way down.

The ACC has no reason to settle after nearly every ruling went in their favor today.

We're getting out of the ACC one day, but settle in because it's going to be awhile.

The ACC is a total pushover against the SEC, BIG 10, TV Networks, but they bucked up this time.

IF they battled this hard against ESPN we wouldn't be here.
