Wanted to take a moment to express my thoughts on Gary

I think he could come in and immediately contribute for us at that defensive tackle position. He needs to get his pad level down and maybe learn a couple inside hardcutspins or outside down-and-jigs to expand his pass rushing repertoire. But he looks like a pretty overall good player with nice size and athleticism. He takes pursuit angles during the play, which gives him a chance to tackle the ball carrier when the opportunity arises.
I think that he's a good player and that we've done what we can to reel him in. I guess now the only thing to do is let the young man make a decision on where to spend his future. I heard his visit went well and that his mother likes what she saw on campus and out of the coaches.
Can we please show respect for Gary and cheer him on while he chooses the school that he'll represent on the gridiron. If it was your kid, that's all you'd ask for from fellow fans. And that's all I'm asking of you all. I think if we let things play out, we might be quite satisfied with where the chips ultimately crumble.
Thank you for reading and let's all hope Gray makes the decision that benefits his future. Go Tigers!

We are recruiting him to play DE, not DT.

So that will mean that he'll need to use the swim move more probably. Do they make those guys throw medicine balls in the offseason you reckon?

in the way he uses his hands. Think adding moves won't be a problem for him.

4.7 ...40 yard time...290 pounds Defensive end.......I wouldn't want to be opponents quarterback....or running back... Better than that how about a strong side screen pass and he lurks....BOOM!........ahh! Welcome home !!!

Given Venables aggressive approach to defense, a kid

with those physical attributes could thrive
As much as Tiger fans stake claim to being Wide Receiver U (and rightfully so!), they could also lay claim to the title Defensive End U.....the program has turned out a bunch of gems in the last 10-15 years.

You should email him your suggestions, but indeed spell his name and identify his position correctly. Pretty overall good player? Are you crazy, the kid could go str8 nfl and perform

not sure how his down and jigs are, but I think defensive end is gonna be his position to start with, just Bc of his recruitment. That's what he wants to play.
And I'm pretty sure they know about throwing med balls, maybe even something more advanced

Tiger fan don't have a coots character, but there is nothing we can do about how they act on this board. That's Crump's and B-Meist job, they are the ones that lets the trash in and stack up!!!

Good write-up, but, Rashan left 'pretty good' at the curb. He's way beyond 'pretty good'.
