not on your game. Duke and NC have the best talent but have lost games. I was glad to see our great defense come back last night. It disappeared at Wake. We went thru an 8 minute stretch and a 5 minute stretch without a basket. To win is a great tribute to the energy and guts of our defense. Hope we continue to play this kind of defense for rest of season. This was Brads calling card early in his career at Clemson. However, he has got to continue to bring in good players which has been his Achilles at Clemson.

The Tiger defense was good but it didn't hurt either that VT is bad.

Draw that conclusion given they are 1-7 in the conference. Would you call them excellent, good, average, bad, complicated? What say you since you know more than eryone else?

All their losses have been close. Friend, we beat them on a miracle 3 pointer with 10 seconds left. Then you must think we are bad also.

It was a defensive game. I find it unbelievable that long time Clemson fans who slobber over great football defense cannot do the same for great basketball defense.

Is to find the worst players he can find to come to Clemson. It is way past time for the Lunatic Fringe to give Coach Brownell. He does it his way and he is successful.

Judge, I have never questioned Brads ability to coach. His shortcomings are in being able to recruit. I am hoping this new staff will help. Don’t get me wrong because I know you are either a relative of Brads or either Brad himself, I’m pulling for him to win and remain coach. Even though I know we are going to probably face some upcoming losses if he can keep us in top half I’m happy. However, If we are constantly in the bottom half and hardly ever make it to the Big tournament then I would like to see something different. I’m having fun watching them and hope Brad recognizes got to keep recruiting the PJ Halls of the world to give us a chance. Without PJ this team is in the bottom half.

Our players haven't been that bad. Certainly better players than the literally dozens of teams who make the tournament more regularly than we do.
Nothing says good coaching like putting 6 players on the court after a timeout. Have you EVER seen a coaching blunder like that in your life?

Brad is also the losingest coach in Clemson history. That means his wins are solely a result of coaching here longer than any other coach in Clemson history. He has no real accomplishments, save a sweet 16 where his guards got hot.
Nobody thinks he's a "bumbling idiot", but he's not been anything more than a coach with an average finish in the 70's.
You have to be some sort of "lunatic" to suggest that's anything but a failure.
Now granted, we look okay this year. This is his best looking team since he inherited Purnell's kids.
And that's all there is to it. Please stop acting like 400 wins is an accomplishment when he's been coaching as long as he has. Again, he also has more losses than any coach in Clemson history.

I have challenged some of his coaching. I absolutely do not agree with some of it. But he's the coach at this level, not me. But you would be an idiot if you let one good year erase everything that has been far from stellar for many years now. I am very happy it looks like we may be dancing this year. I'm happy for the kids and the school. But how can an intelligent person forget everything from previous years . . this quickly? That's a woke thought. If this happens for years going forward, I'll change my mind.
