doesn't link directly to it unless you set to share or invite other fbook friends, which is super weird to do imo
It will show if you share any friends on fbook, and I've run across plenty of people I know irl including 2 ex gfs on tinder. So if the spouses friends are on there they could notify him/her that they saw they're using Tinder
