Meh i thought this was the usual SEC bias (because there absolutely IS SEC bias) but once I looked at the stats, Daniels was deserving .

I still couldn't get over the fact a 3 loss player was going to win but Lamar Jackson won it back in 2016 I think and Daniels had better stats than him so it's not like this hasn't happened before

If you watched him each week he was absolutely electric. On top of that, it wasn’t stat padding, it was necessity, the LSU defense was atrocious and he delivered over and over again. Think of it as the opposite of a great defense that got no support from the offense and how frustrating that had to be for the other side of the ball. He was amazing this year, watch his film.
