Washington has won four (4) Division championships, eighteen (18) conference championships, eight (8) Rose Bowl championships, made two (2) CFP appearances, and won two (2) National Championships (1960 and 1991). They have an all-time bowl game record of 20–20–1.
UofSC has one Division and one Conference championship in the schools 131 year history with ZERO BCS or CFP appearances, and an all-time bowl game record of 10 - 15; the first win not coming until 1994.
As I said, it's not really even close.
