DoJ and FBI possess both investigative power and subpoena power.
Congress only possess subpoena power.
When DoJ and FBI actively conspire on behalf of Democrats to conceal evidence against the Democratsand to suppress or arrest whistleblowers to protect the Democrat, the wall of conviction becomes very high.
Little short of a Perry Mason type confession by Joe Biden will convince partisan Democrats + barely attentive non-political junkies to recognize that the evidence exists that Joe Biden is the most corrupt president in American history. He will probably never be investigated again.
Conversely, when the DoJ and FBI conspire with the Democrat party to create false evidence and suborn perjury from ‘witnesses’ + possessing subpoena power, then wall to climb in order to justify an indictment becomes very short.
Trump got impeached on false pretexts (Russia hoax -&- Politically motivated threats to UKR hoax), but later exonerated entirely because the FBI -&/or DoJ had fabricated evidence in order to fraudently impeach Trump. Despite Trump’s manifestly clean history relative to Biden, the political establishment will fabricate indictments of Trump until he dies.
Congratulations. Democrats and establishment Republicans have made a sham out of America’s system of justice.
