Are Iranian attack UAV's being powered by stolen engines?

Found the article below interesting... Apparently the Austrian manufactured light aircraft engine (Rotax) has been targeted for thefts throughout the world. Just so happens that the same model of Rotax engines being thieved have now been found in Iranian drones being used by the Russians in their attacks on Ukraine. Is it mere coincidence or is this a coordinated black market operation by the Russians/Iranians to circumvent sanctions?
