Are the chickens crying or praying?

I respect a team that prays. BUT doing so on a corner of the field before the game seems odd - showy. Can't they pray in the dugout?

Again, I am all for a pre-game team prayer. What I just saw looked ostentatious.

Then again, maybe they are scared and crying.

I tend to stay out of these types of conversations mostly because I don't like to offend people. But since its the gamecocks I say they were doing both. Crying because they know were coming for them and praying that they can get a miracle.

Sure weren't crying. Kinda of sad to see these kind of comments. Let's settle it on the field, like we have in Omaha for the past decade or so. The ice cream is on us.

As for the praying. They were praying to play their best, and that no one would be injured. And a word or two about All SEC Freshman Catcher of the Year Greiner. Praying for his recovery, because they care about each other.
