It's always an issue with the printer up in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Same story as last year.

Would be nice if they put out an email to let us know of the delays and new eta as some people will be traveling and not home to receive.

I was told that the passes were shipped via UPS last week but I've received nothing. Sending a blistering email to Neff and Davis. This is not acceptable!!

We will find out for the 21st year that there is a printing problem.

I was told to call back after I received my pass…..then I’d know when I would receive it. What??? Being a smartass myself , I picked up what they were throwing down. Prior to that I was 7 th in the Q

No passes here. Pretty frustrating to say the least. IPTAY is sending the message they don’t care about donors.

No communication and when I spoke to them last Friday, they still did not know when passes would be sent.
