I only coached at the HS level, basketball. But getting a team ready to play, is have the battle. Too many times, Brad coached teams show up . . not ready.

He said said biggest challenge was always figuring out how to get into an athletes mind, and read it so that he could motivate them and get them to believe in anything they were trying to accomplish.

When the planned banks failed with only a total 55 billion actual money in circulation in the US, they were pushing us all to a cashless solution, it was the first sign we were going to lose in the first round going by our previous track record.
I’d love to see us trend in a new direction one of these years!

Was pretty clear that CBB was being out-coached and outplayed yet again.
And it's the "yet again" aspect that is the issue.
We've seen improbable upsets before: SCAR losing to the Citadel in football, Michigan dropping that App State game, UVa getting bounced as a #1 NCAA seed by University of Maryland-Baltimore County.
But CBB's team this year lost to FOUR teams with NET 225+. Not one time in a blue moon. Four times in one season.
