Yes I am bothered when you are contributing nothing to the discourse surrounding the game. Pearman throwing dots and getting the ball out fast vs Cade throwing almost picks and taking sacks is clearly something to learn from. Otherwise, no point in watching. I for one like to watch and talk about our team

Now that’s better. That’s a counter argument.
My assertion may be tongue in cheek, but it is a statement of opinion. I don’t think our fan-in-the-stands observations about today give much if any firm clarity on the intent of coaches to assign playing time to anyone or scheme up a certain game plan when the season starts this fall. A scrimmage is EXCEEDINGLY useful for coaches to perform individual evaluations and tailor their player development plans, but it’s make-believe football.
No conclusive statement about the upcoming season, positive or negative, carries any water with me based on a fan’s observation of today’s scrimmage.

Can't make season predictions based on the Spring game, that is absurd, agreed.
A fair takeaway is that Pearman seems to be the more polished QB at this point, agreed.

As I've been lectured to since, oh, about 2008, one's feelings are more important than reality and you should go to prison for not respecting those feelings. It's so progressive.
