That's exactly why fans shouldn't be able to rush the field. There should be a long enough delay for the opposing team to get off the field, every stadium.

She came onto the field before the Bama players had vacated. She was directly in front of the player. She stepped out of the way at the last minute. He give her a slight tap as he walked by. He didn't flatten her. He didn't go out of his way to get into her reach.

If a Clemson player did that to a fan as he walked off the field, it would be no big deal.
