Basketball Parking Fiasco!!

I guess i live under a rock, but I just found out today my bball parking has been cancelled for tiger walk upgrades. There was no notification, apparently i was just supposed to click on some article in my orange update about tigerwalk to figure out that it was cancelled.
Very disappointed. The last thing we need to do is make it harder for people to get to bball games. Fighting with visitors for the general spaces will be a lot of fun (not).
Anyone else have this issue? Anyone want to vent with me at least. LOL.

I did. You have to give at fike or mcfadden to have a space this year 
Everyone else will be scrambling for spots in general.

I would call them then and 2x check. Im at IPTAY level and that wasn't even close to good enough for a space. Even though the website says that IPTAY level should have a space.
I thought they said the min was fike or mcfadden but maybe I heard wrong.

Just confirmed. To get a space you have to be riggs heisman or coliseum club. All the other poors to the general spaces.

Well usually the big acc games are filled with visitors. So that will make the parking rough for the actual fans.
I agree the non conference slate will be no problem. But those games when there is a baseball game around that time and a lot of visitors will have parking problems.

Ive given in the tens of thousands range of capital gifts. Apparently those don't count, just whatever IPTAY level you are at counts for parking.
I feel like we should have been offered something commiserate for the inconvenience from them. This was an advertised benefit that was removed at the last second and buried in a my orange update. The affected deserved an actual explanation prior to the announcement like a professional organization would do.

I did not receive any basketball parking info and went to the IPTAY office on Wednesday this week and talked to Jason.
He stated that there would be no reserve parking for anyone until the November 29th game. At that time construction will begin in lot 5 and this lot will not be available for basketball parking. New parking passes will be issued in the next week or two.
There was no mention that parking would be available only for Heisman or higher giving donors. I am a Fike level donor and was led to believe that I would still have reserve parking. I am certain that some lower giving level donors will not have reserve parking this year but where the cutoff is, I do not know.

#### right! Basketball gets no respect. Forty year IPYAY member, haven't missed a home game for the tigers except for a funeral, got up to tiger level the past few years, and now have to fight the visitors for a space. That really sucks.

I really wonder if the Clemson Admin has just given up on the season to make a decision like this. Its going to be shameful when the whole up front area is duke fans and the season ticket holders coming from work are schlepping from a far distance.
It seems We should be able get some of our money back for being promised parking until right before the season.
