Besides the targeting call, what were issues with the refs?

Just the sheer # of penalties overall?

against us that they did not follow when Wake was guilty of similar actions that went unpunished.

Personally I have a problem with the refs calling

pass interference in the following situations:
1. QB throws the ball away out of bounds 2. QB throws the ball to the endzone, and WR runs into the DB on the 15 yard line

Don't forget the numerous blatant, uniform-stretching holds on our DLine.

Questionable no call on PI against Wake Forest. No holding calls against our DL all night. Plenty of PI calls against the Tigers. Targeting call and upholding was icing on the cake.

A lot of their PI calls were bad (the one on Kearse

was TERRIBLE) and seemed to come at some opportune moments for Wake. Then when Wake would have similar plays on us they were no-calls.
I don't care if you make terrible calls, just be consistent.

missed some obvious holding calls

don't think the GP interference call was the right call as receiver just ran straight into him, didn't try to avoid him(and he was not in the way of where the pass was actually being thrown, he didn't grab him either--- I can see the ref missing this one though
never saw the TB hands to the face call, but what we did see on the same play was WF OL putting their hands to the face of Jarrett
pass interference call against WF on Leggett was a bogus call that went in our favor, there was also one early in the game that I though Kearse may have gotten there early and not called but WF was also holding on that play so that was a wash
those are the things that come to my mind without rewatching

All the PI calls and their inconsistencies with those calls

were a huge issue. They called everything even good plays on our DBS yet wake didn't get called for worse than that. The refs took over a game and that's the one thing referees should never do. Ive heard there will for sure be a complaint filed but I guess we will have to wait and see, I would be surprised if there wasn't.

I thought they were inconsistent all night on what constitutes holding and pass interference. It appeard to me that in some instances the off hand on a reciever was called and in other instances it was not. By the latest rule interpretation, you can have your hand on the reciever as long as you do not influence his route or body position. It's a tough call but I thought there were glaring inconsistncies last night.

Nothing was PI against them

breathing on guys too hard was PI on us. Many times they had drives extended by BS penalties and many times our drives were killed by them.
At the end of the day, when have you EVER seen Dabo that angry about the officiating? EVER. That's all you need to know.
