He helped build VA Tech as an assistant and has been awesome at UT-Chattanooga. He will get a big time job somewhere - might as well be us. He's a great recruiter as well.

Edited to add: I'm good with Blanche Alverson as well. She's considered the top assistant coach available that is ready to make a jump to head coaching.
