got out shot on 3s by about 10, and got out rebounded by 11...frankly I don't see how it was as close as it was...

Congratulations to the Tigers for the 2nd best finish I have ever seen.

What was first?
If you mean other Elite Eight, Clemson lost by 9 to UCLA. And UCLA had that appearance vacated for 9 NCAA violations.
So shouldn't this be best finish ever?
Lost by 7 in 2024.

I don't either when you say it like that. Outrebounded like crazy. Second chance points. Terrible free throws.
